Gah! This place is ADORABLE!!! The staff have been so friendly and kind. The room is on the smaller side, but it is very cute and INCREDIBLY CLEAN and the bed is SO COMFY!! The tub was weird though, not going to lie... probably the smallest tub I have ever seen in my whole life. Lol But small tub aside, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel over and over! Free parking, free coffee and hot chocolate, a pool and close to everything you could need. Oh and a fridge in the closet!! That was a nice surprise!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good and didn’t look aged, the bathroom was clean. I really liked the toiletries. Also the breakfast was provided. A lot of parking spots. Price was reasonable. But the room next door was noisy and there was no elevator there.

Cozy room and room was clean. Shower was great and we were glad to see a mini fridge and got the room because he had free breakfast and parking and the price was good for 4 nights. There was plenty of parking out behind the hotel since they have two parking lots. We were worried about the language barrier with the staff, since we don't know much French, but fortunately all the staff members knew some English as well. Disliked · The room was pretty tiny. We didn't mind so much since we were mostly going out and only stayed to sleep or rest a few hours in the middle of the day between excursions or little trips around town. It was cozy but I can see how some might prefer a bigger room. We knew going in there were no elevators and there were 3 floors. So unless all the rooms were booked, I'm not sure why they gave us the third floor to drag all our stuff up and down the stairs then up and down while we were staying for 4 nights, you'd think people staying longer than just a weekend wouldn't have to walk up and down for 5 days. The breakfast, despite being part of our room price, was a bit lacking as well. There wasn't options for bacon and eggs at least in a little fryer or something. So it was your bare minimum for breakfast. The area outside of the hotel looked a little rundown, too. We were worried it wasn't exactly safe, but at least my car had no damage in its parking spot and we didn't run into any problems being outside, I also heard Quebec city has a lower crime rate.

Spacious room for a family stay. Morning breakfast makes it convenient for family with kids. Indoor swimming pool available to relax if you wanted to chill at the hotel. Free parking available.
