The owners are great and very helpful. Its very quiet and Monique who cleans the room is very nice and she will take the time to answer your questions. There's a washer and dryer you can use, also a full kitchen outside the rooms if you need it! Very happy with our decision, 5 minutes from Rosemont Maisonneuve Hospital if you have an appointment and you want to be close by!

Great value for the price! Pros: * very close to the stadium * in the apartment we booked - private bathroom + 2 bedrooms * has utensils in the kitchen available to use * owners were very responsive Cons: * no parking * floors are creaking * wifi is pretty slow Overall, I like our stay. It was short and sweet!

There are several things that are wrong: firstly, inside the cottage, the creaking floors are unbearable at night. People get up to go to the toilet or come home late! One night, someone left at 4:40 in the morning. Another night, we rocked the baby who was crying all the time above us. The window in our room doesn't close properly since the system is broken, towels should be changed every day and bins emptied every two or three days, but we had to do it ourselves. The cleaning lady threw our butter in the fridge when she could have asked us if it was ours! The washing machine was dirty the day we wanted to do a load, and the seal hadn't been cleaned in months! Outside, there was construction work in the neighbouring house at 6 a.m. for several days, and at 4:50 a.m. the day before we left, there was a compressor running for 30 minutes. At the outside door, the digital code is unreadable, especially at night, so you have to remember the position of the numbers. So I think all these factors mean that the rating cannot be good.

Convenient location for conference at nearby hotel at half the price. Cozy, clean, and quiet.
