Very disappointing stay — definitely not worth the price. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and there were barely any hangers in the closet. I called right after check-in asking for more, but nobody showed up overnight. I had to call again the next morning just to get a response. The TV in my room never worked. Front desk said it there is an IT for three days and they were “still trying to fix it.” If I’m staying for three days, how is it acceptable to have no working TV the entire time? For a hotel that costs more than Fairfield Marriott Airport, the service and facilities feel far below that standard. Breakfast starts at 6 am and i was here at 7:45 AM but had very limited options — no wheat bread available when asked, no tongs to pick up bread, and overall very basic compared to what nearby Marriott properties offer. Hard to justify paying around $800 for this level of service. Definitely expected much better.

We stayed here after a Senators game and the location for that was perfect, just a short drive (after the post game traffic). The breakfast buffet was lacking a lot of items, as the staff didn’t seem ready for the morning rush. That aside we had a nice nights stay, staff were friendly and the room was decent.

Fantastic hotel! Great location. Staff are extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is included which is a nice bonus. Large lobby for gathering. Water bottle filling station is a nice plus! Very accommodating to sports teams!

I spent 11-nights over a three week period at this property for work travel. The rooms are in generally good condition, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location is great for work travellers being right near the highway and a two-minute drive from several restaurants (Moxies, Kelsey's, Jack's, etc.). My only note on the rooms is they can use a bit of a refresh, but they were clean, properly appointed, and everything functioned as expected. I had a few minor issues over my three stays, and they were all addressed promptly by the excellent front-desk staff. Strongly recommend this property.
