Frauds. Booked a room for my gf @ 205$, they took additional 300$ security with a promise to return. After a week when called they asked to wait furter more, money was never returned and they cut the call when you call at reception..Indian girl at reception have no professionalism and is abusive. Gonna sue them for sure

The staff here was very friendly and helpful checking us into our room. This hotel is nice enough but a little underwhelming for what I'd expect from Best Western. The room was a little small, with a tiny bathroom. Adequate for a last minute stay.

The room itself was nice and updated, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The bed made a loud creaking noise every time you got in or out, which made it hard to sleep. When we took the kids to the pool, there was a homeless man using the pool shower to clean himself and change clothes, with all of his bags brought into the pool area. This made our family very uncomfortable. We also attempted to do laundry using the hotel’s single washer and dryer. After over an hour in the dryer, our clothes were still wet and smelled strongly of dog urine. When I reported this to staff, the gentleman at the front desk could not speak or understand English, and even if he did understand, he showed no concern or willingness to help. Overall, poor management and lack of basic cleanliness and guest safety ruined what could have been a decent stay. Very disappointed and would not recommend this Hotel for families.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I cannot say enough good things about the Best Western Plus Maple Ridge! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine West Coast hospitality. The front desk staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are spotless, modern, and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. You can tell the management takes great pride in maintaining the property. Plus, the amenities (the pool and the breakfast!) are fantastic and make the stay feel like a true getaway. Beyond the hotel itself, they are a massive pillar of the Maple Ridge community, consistently stepping up to support local organizations and events. It’s rare to find a business that offers both world-class service and a heart for its community. Whether you’re visiting from out of town or a local needing a staycation, this is the only place to stay in Maple Ridge. Highly recommended!"
