Our rooms were renovated and amazing. The bar staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. The beds were super comfy. The only downside to this hotel is it’s pretty far away from the main Banff strip.

Been coming here every year for almost 20 years and it is fantastic. A little ways from the town and the shuttle runs midday to help get you in but the perks of being slightly outside of the centre is amazing, beautiful forests around and just down the road from tunnel mountain. The units are spacious and comfortable, feels like a home. Comfortable beds, great bathtub, love having the kitchen available to make a few meals, the pool area is nice and when it's open the outdoor hottub is awesome. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a WONDERFUL stay here. It was just outside of Banff and was a great escape from the town when you needed a break. They had a beautiful pool and outdoor hot tub. The room was clean and the staff were wonderful! They helped you with whatever you needed whenever you needed it. They also had wonderful facilities like laundry. The only problem we faced was on our last day as we were packing to check out we found mouse droppings in one of the cupboards, however the staff assured us it would be dealt with. Overall great stay.

The room was clean and check-in/ check-out was real smooth. There was a fire alarm low battery warning going off when we arrived to the room that didn't get fixed for hours but well before we went to bed. One thing was the sink in the kitchen had started coming undone from the countertop. I did inform the front desk of it and they said they would fix it after our checkout. It's nice, the rooms are not attached to the lobby but on the surrounding compound. Easy to find, first business when entering from Alberta side of the highway
