Absolutely Amazing Stay at Castle Mountain Chalets We stayed in the one‑bedroom deluxe cabin and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin itself was gorgeous—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the on‑site store had plenty of great options to choose from. The views around the property are stunning, and the location is perfect—just a short drive to Lake Louise. We truly could not have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you ❤️

The perfect place to stay to explore Banff, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks! Loved our cabin - it was HUGE! Could’ve had a party in the bathroom alone! Well equipped, spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, good quality bed linen, soft fluffy towels and bathrobes. Fire all ready to light. Beautiful view to Castle Mountain, and friendly helpful staff in the gas station. Good laundry room and a gym if you hadn’t used all your energy hiking! Only 10 minutes to Johnston Canyon, 15 to Marble Canyon and 20 to Lake Louise. Right on the Bow Valley Parkway. The trains didn’t bother us at all - if we heard one in the night we just snuggled back down in that lovely comfy bed! Ear plugs provided but we didn’t need them, the trains aren’t that frequent. There’s a good restaurant at Baker’s Creek or 25 minutes to Banff. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing girls getaway weekend at Castle Mountain Chalets this past weekend. All the staff we encountered were warm, helpful and extremely accommodating! We enjoyed the fire pit outside as well as the fireplace inside our cabin as we drank coffee and watched the snow fall. We will definitely be back next year and I would highly recommend this perfect, cozy hideaway.

The first thing that came to my mind was the view of the mountain, secondly the smells of the pine trees and finally the fire pit burning off fresh logs. Heaven. We stayed in suite 3 in the big building. A cabin on the second floor. There are 21 stairs to reach it, but worth the view. The kitchen had all the iminities to make a meal. Bed and bedding were comfortable, clean and fresh. If you like a flat pillow, bring it. DVD's are provided in the store if you want to watch a movie. Ear plugs are on the night tables, if the train horns bother you at night. I find it a comforting sound. A jacuzzi for 2 is in the bathroom, and a separate shower. To top this all off, the products are all from the Rocky Mountain Soap store in Banff. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, sanitizer, body wash...what can I say, it really is the little things.
