The staff in the rental office is very rude. I made an appointment weeks ago, and I was noticed the appointment was cancelled without any notification when I arrived. I even recieved appointment confirmation email 2 hours before I got here. I spent 30 mins to drive to here in a heavy snow day.

Well run building, clean and maintained well. Right next to SkyTrain. Units on backside of building are quiter and less hot

Very good place to live. Safe considering the area. The building manager is lovely and personable.
