Had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, the room seemed somewhat recently updated, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for what we had planned for the trip. The bathroom was small but clean, and even though we were only two people we booked a room with two beds to give us a bit more space. I’ve stayed in other city hotels in king bed rooms and found them small, so tried to get around that here and it worked out. We used the parking garage, which was definitely old and narrow but was fine. Just be prepared that it is a city parking garage and was probably built before most people drove oversized SUVs. It was nice that you can take the elevator up to your room floor from the garage, though. Overall a good experience and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Ottawa!

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Downtown Parliament Hill thanks to Mohammad at the front desk. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown Ottawa, conveniently located near Parliament Hill, and had an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding—staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also appreciated the seating area where guests can relax and enjoy drinks. A special mention goes to Muhammad Salah, who provided exceptional service and truly enhanced my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa.
