Rented here for around 7 years, two different buildings. A few nitpicks, but the value and location are good enough and there are no major negatives about living here so 5 stars. There are better places, but you'll be paying $1000 more for a comprable rental.

Been a resident of Concert Properties for over a year now and they are exceptional. Great customer service and very nice apartments. The cost is high, but for the value it's very worth it. Highly recommending renting with Concert.

I took the collingwood village apartment. Good location. Loved my support agent. She helped me in finding the right place within my budget. Also she was very kind and compassionate.her name is Natalie.

Lived here for a year. Staff is not friendly, especially the filipino one in the office. Natalie M is the only staff member who is decent. Its been three weeks since ive moved out and i still havent received my deposit cheque. after inquiring about it twice. Dont rent here.
