Cozy and Charming Montreal Apartment Next to Metro

We had a great stay at Eff’s and Anto’s! We've been to Montreal several times and were looking for something close to the metro, so that it would be easy to get downtown, but also a bit further out so we wouldn't have to deal with the noise / traffic, as we had drove to Montreal. This was right next to the metro! Can’t get closer. Parking was free on the street and we always found some easily. We really enjoyed being surrounded by trees and loved how calm it was! The mosquito screen on the balcony door was a great touch and very useful, as we would leave the balcony door open at all times to enjoy a nice windy breeze while watching TV on the comfortable couch in the evenings. I was teleworking for a portion of my stay and the wifi was reliable and fast, which was essential for me. My son especially loved that there was a park with children's playground right across the street. Eff and Anto were great hosts - proactive, very responsive and accommodating. Fleury street had all we needed and we discovered really nice restaurants. The Airbnb was as exactly as described as well - very clean, well-stocked and was very spacious - would be perfect for couples or a family. Comfy beds with nice bedding, you can tell that it’s of good quality. Would definitely stay here again! See you soon

I was so happy to have found this furnished vacation rental apartment in Montreal. I felt that I was living in my own home, it was so cozy, fully equipped, super clean and well maintained. The location was ideal. Truly fantastic. It’s literally right next to the metro (Sauvé), you can jump in the metro and be downtown or anywhere you want in only a few minutes. I came in the summer, but I imagine that is even more practical in the winter with snow. The place is surrounded by beautiful trees, it’s so calm, yet close to everything. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony, it was amazing. There are many parks nearby, it's wonderful. Everything you need is available next door, by foot. I really enjoyed walking around on Fleury street, which had lots to discover (you need to check out the pastries at Bete à Pain! Yum) and great restaurants. Grocery stores are conveniently close and affordable ones too. The apartment itself was great, has a lot of windows and is very sunny and serene. It had comfortable beds and the island in the kitchen was practical both to eat at and work on my laptop. The wifi was so fast! TV has all the apps you need. I was impressed. And the most important thing was the amazing hosts. They were really nice and so helpful. They will always be my number one choice in Montreal. Highly recommend to everyone. Can’t wait to be back.
