It was a truly magical visit! We went here for our honeymoon and everyone went over and above to make it extra special. They were extremely accommodating with my husband’s food allergies as well. Our room was kept immaculate. The food was divine. We enjoyed meals at Walliser Stube, Lakeview Lounge, Alpine Social, Louiza, and room service. Our itinerary also included a couple visits to the Basin which I couldn’t recommend enough. Staff were so kind and pleasant to interact with and once again the facility was kept immaculate. Experiencing the Afguss sauna with the sauna master was friggen epic!! As for shopping - it is also wonderful, you hardly would ever need to leave the hotel grounds. We spent three nights here, but easily could have enjoyed a week of relaxing, pretty walks, and activities with the sport rentals. Thank you everyone and we can’t wait to come back!!

The most beautiful hotel with the most amazing spa I enjoyed the most in winter. Will come back again in summer to see the blue lake. Love their five stars service just text no call needed. They arrange everything for us. Their ski transportation n taking care of our equipment top service. Lake Louise is so beautiful. Restaurant dinning experience no disappointment amazing breakfast to dinner.

If there was an adult version of Disneyland the Fairmont Chateau at Lake Lousie would be it. It was a truly remarkable experience. Aside from the breathtaking views and stunning accommodations, the staff was 100%v what made the visit so very special. From the moment we arrived we felt like everyone working there knew who we were and had been expecting us. Expert customer service does not come close to describing the sheer degree of care and attention we received. We wish we had taken down the name of every single person we interacted with because they are all deserving of special recognition and praise. However, here are the names we did manage to make note of. Erika for afternoon tea, Particia for breakfast, Sara for drinks, Jeremy for ski valet, and Steve for equipment rentals. Oh, and Charlotte with concierge. Again, there were many others. The dynamic duo working the restaurant in the basement area on Monday night 23 Feb did not just provide superior service, they worked like machines! It was beyond impressive. Bottomline, we are already excited to book out next visit!

we came for our anniversary and the hotel and staff made everything so special! Beautiful hotel & rooms with great views. Hotel has free activities as well that were fun. Shuttle to ski hill was a bonus as well and always on time! new spa was amazing as well, highly recommend! loved our stay here!
