I always use them when staying in Montreal with my wife. Excellent unbeatable price at excellent location near old port, well situated. Beautiful modern condo with good support staff and easy reservation process. This will be my 3rd time with them and certainly will not be my last. They are my go to! Shout out to my reservation agent Salma!

Hussain Burjawi worked his butt off for my workmate and I. I am very grateful for him. We are nightbshift workers and we're placed in a seniors living complex where being very quiet between 11pm and sunrise is paramount. That is impossible for us as night shifters coming home at 4 am. Check in was late due to cleaning not being complete. We waited in a parking lot for 1.5 hours for them to finish. Shower was not clean and drain is clogged. Sheets were dirty and I asked for a change in the morning (to have clean sheets that night) which was not done by the time I came back. Sheet is on the floor right now as I type this. The place was very beautiful and clean, it had a chique vibe, in a very, very quiet building and I recommend this to anyone doing short stays and not planning on working night shift. The price was quite expensive ($3500.00 for 2 weeks) including a $1000.00 deposit. I Asked for a transfer so our night shift lives wouldnt disrupt neighbors and was offered another room on the same floor of the same building and asked to pay another $299.00 cleaning fee. We said no. There is a huge list of rules for that price as well. No extra guests etc etc for $1250/week (before deposit) which is uncanny to me. Overall: 3 stars. Company is highly focused on support which is a nice breath of fresh air. The $1000.00 deposit adds an extra stress as we now feel we may lose our deposit if we cause issues with our night shift lives and are treading carefully. Service for the unit needs work such as shower drain cleaning. Thanks for the stay and if we switch to day shift we will be back as those issues are relatively minor. Thanks again Hussain and team for you attentiveness.

I will be staying soon in one of the apartments. I want to highlight the excellent customer service provided by Salma Machkour. Super fast and efficient. Cheerful, very nice to talk to, she managed my booking (and many changes I asked) very well. I am quite impressed :o) Thank you Salma for your help !

Mr. Safi Dandouch offers an excellent service. He prepared a very good apartment for me in this beautiful new building, well located, clean and very sunny. The equipment is super nice. the overall booking procedure is smout and uncomplicated. Safi is very helpful. Thank you Mr. Safi.
