Apartment 18 panorama crt there heating is always on low to save money and because they always are on a budget. we asked the workers and they told us exactly that they can’t do it higher and at night they turn it off, i might file a lawsuit if they refuse

This building (18 Panorama Crt) really needs better management when it comes to loitering. There are always groups of people hanging around at the back, drinking, making noise, and throwing garbage all over the place. It feels unsafe and looks terrible. Management doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it even after multiple complaints to the building management via email, and it’s frustrating for residents who actually care about where they live.

We live in this building, one of the best building in the neighbourhood. Every time I request a maintenance they respond back immediately with a solution and the time they want to enter. I usually have Kas come and fix the things I request maintenance for ever since I started living in this building. Very quiet and very clean everything is very new and changed to modern style. Very very nice and helpful office, the manager and staff are always very kind and helping with anything anyone needs.
