We had a wonderful experience with InterRent from start to finish. Our first point of contact was Richard, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us the available units while answering our initial questions thoroughly. When I later had additional questions, Richard let us know he would be out of town and assured us that one of his colleagues would follow up. That’s when we met Autumn, and she truly exceeded our expectations. Autumn was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and patient throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed, even accommodating our request to view the unit again so we could take measurements. She took the time to clarify every concern and made sure we had all the information we needed. Thanks to Autumn’s professionalism and kindness, the decision to move forward felt easy and reassuring. We are very happy to have found what we hope will be our long-term home. Thank you, Autumn, for your patience, dedication, and exceptional service. C&V

This will always be home for me in Ottawa ❤️ - wouldn't have moved out until I was buying a home if I didn't have to leave for a new job. Great location, lovely neighbors, amazing rooftop terrace, friendly maintenance staff and good management, and wonderful views of the Gatineau mountains and the city (if you get lucky with the right apartment 😉). Highly recommended!

Great place to live, very clean and well maintained; excellent location. I never have issues with noise from other units and the underground parking and the gym are really great to have. Would highly recommend.

Switching from an owner to renting. We stumbled on a lovely condo in an area we had been searching for awhile. Haven't moved in yet, but soon. Richard has been very helpful in helping us get settled and set up. Highly recommended!
