I absolutely love living here. The building is clean, quiet, modern, and has excellent security measures in place. Management is amazing. They are super responsive, kind, and quick to fix anything you need. The amenities are also great. There’s a beautiful, well-maintained gym and a gorgeous rooftop terrace. My neighbours are friendly and considerate, which adds to how comfortable it feels living here. Plus, having a grocery store near by makes day-to-day life so convenient. I have zero complaints and I’m a very picky person. Truly the best place I’ve lived thus far!

We looked at over 30 places online and had five physical visits. To our delight, we were approved for this place within two weeks. It’s a new apartment, and when we first saw it, some things were still being finished, but by the move-in day, it was completely done. This week marks two weeks living here, and it has been very comfortable. The view is very nice, the appliances are all new, and there's a laundry in the unit. It has air conditioning and it's pet friendly building. Clearly, not everything is perfect—it could be a bit bigger, but it fits just right. The blinds were installed on the day we moved in, thankfully, as we thought there might be delays based on some comments here, but everything went well. The move itself was very easy, and we had no issues. We hope that everything continues to be just as good from here on out. Grace helped us; she was very kind and helpful.

I stayed in one of the Talisman apartment buildings in 2024-25. In my experience, the units were nicely constructed and the buildings were well-maintained. Rent was quite affordable as well! I experienced little to no problems during my stay. Nevertheless, where I did have general inquiries or maintenance requests, I generally found staff to be quite responsive. With respect to location, the buildings are within walking distance from medical centres, grocery stores, and restaurants. This was a huge plus for me as I did not own a vehicle during my stay. For those who have a car, the Talisman has underground parking. Guests are able to park here as well. Overall, I would highly recommend The Talisman for anyone looking to move into this area in Ottawa.

I had a fantastic experience with the Talisman. They were very helpful in finding my preferred apartment, which wasn’t easy given my pickiness! :) The communication throughout the process was excellent, and Arianne and Karen, in particular, were a great support. I truly appreciate their responsiveness. I’m excited to be settling into my new home, and be part of Talisman community.
