I thought I had moved here temporarily, but I’m still here after 25 years because I like it so much. The apartment layout is great and the maintenance folks do an amazing job on the common areas and in my apartment when needed. I recently had a problem with my hot water and it couldn’t have been handled any faster or better. Many thanks to Dan and Selena for their quick, courteous and effective response.

When I first came to the Aventura, I like the area and the buildings were so well taken care of. I put my bags there and decided that would be the place where my family and I would live. The service offered is top tier. A particular thank you to Selena Reitano who is always available for the renters that she is taking care of.

Been living here for a few years. The management and superintendent are helpful. I had a few issues in my unit and they promptly fixed those. Good space for kids and elders as residents are mostly are friendly and cordial! There is an emergency service as well, ha fled by Minto office! Which is great!

The building is clean, the staff is professional and I have an amazing view from the studio. Paula was the one who assisted me since I contacted Aventura minto, she was professional, kind and helpful, thanks to her.
