This building has bedbugs. They gave me bedbugs, then were abusive to me when I reported it. I literally don't go anywhere, only to work, so I clearly got the bugs from the building. I then gave my 2 months because obviously I moved out right away, as I'm not going to live with bed bugs. They denied my request and are now charging me $5000 for giving me bedbugs. They are evil, cruel, and greedy. Don't give this building your money... it looks nice on the outside, but they clearly have a racket going. I've never been so disgusted.

As a resident of Lincoln Park Tower for 25 years some of the reasons for my 5-star satisfaction rating are long-standing, such as the beautiful and convenient location along Richmond Road, Carling Avenue, and the Kichi Zibi Mikan. The OCT Lincoln Fields bus (and future LRT) station is a short walk away, and the NCC multi-use pathways network can be accessed right out the front door. A big Metro grocery store is next door, a Farm Boy is 1 km down Richmond Road, and other shopping, banks, and restaurants are in the neighbourhood, too. In addition to these reasons for my satisfaction living here, I want to add my appreciation and thanks to Jazmin, the Lincoln Park Tower Property Manager in recent years. Jazmin is very approachable and personable, whether I’m bringing her a concern I have or just exchanging greetings, and it’s been my experience that Jazmin’s management of the various responsibilities she oversees here has been exemplary.

Lincoln Park Tower has Knowledgeable,experienced management and superintendents. A 2 minute walk to a Metro Grocery store. Two bus stops close by and a ten minute walk to the Lincoln Fields Transit station. There is a well equipped Fitness room and an outdoor pool. A covered parking garage is available.

The people living in apartment 602 have absolutely zero integrity. Their behavior is disgraceful, dishonest, and completely shameless. I refuse to deal with individuals like this ever again. I will never set foot at that address again.
