The room was basic but offered good value for money. Unlike what some reviews mentioned, the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming during check-in. The pool area also looked inviting, although we didn't use it. However, hygiene was an issue. Although the bathroom and towels were clean, the carpet was dusty, and we even found peanuts under the nightstand and in the heater. Also, when checking for bed bugs (none were found), we saw the mattress cover was very dirty with black spots where it meets the bed frame. Furthermore, the walls and ceilings are paper-thin; we could vividly hear conversations and televisions from neighboring rooms, which was a bit of a letdown in terms of privacy and noise insulation. It’s a great deal for the price, but these cleaning lapses shouldn't be overlooked.

A no-frills place to stay, but it had everything we needed. The room was clean, a good size, and came with parking and a fridge, which was really convenient. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so you could hear the neighbors — though they do provide ear plugs, which helps. Overall, a solid and comfortable option for a simple stay.

Update: food allergy??? Lol. I have the full video, the hotel and bed and everything is yours. We squished that bed bug and flushed it right afterwards. Bed bug!!! Bit me all over my shoulder and neck. At 5 AM I called the reception, told them calmly that there's bed bug in the bed and all I want right now is a garbage bag to secure my clothes and items. The guy didn't care at all that there's a bed bug and rudely told me to call after 8 AM. What am I supposed to do, sleep among bed bugs till 8 Am?? I went to get my own garbage bags, spent the next 3.5 hours packing our things and just standing around in the room since we were too scared to sit on any furniture now. This has to be a common occurrence in the rooms for the staff to be so unmoved by that. Wasted 120 dollars and a whole day just because of these people. Even now we are traumatized and have washed our clothes thrice and thrown away a few things that were in the room. Horrible overall experience, and wouldn't recommend. Spend a little more and get one of the better hotels. Even if they have bed bugs they would probably have better service and help.

This place is great. Deserves higher rating. Room was clean and comfortable with awesome AC. Pool/sauna were immaculate and functioned well. Staff was friendly and kind. All at a reasonable price! Thanks y'all 🇨🇦🙏❤️
