​I have stayed at this property every time for the last six years whenever I fly out of YYZ, and they never disappoint. ​What keeps me coming back: ​The Team: The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Whenever a concern has cropped up, they have been accommodating and quick to find a solution. ​Breakfast: The breakfast team does a fantastic job. There are plenty of great-tasting options, making it a perfect start before a travel day. ​Modern Touches: I appreciate the recent updates to the rooms, specifically the new TVs and alarm clocks. ​Reliable, comfortable, and friendly. I’ll be back again.

A nice travel hotel conveniently located about a 5-minute drive from the airport. The full breakfast was solid, and the staff were friendly and courteous. They offer an airport shuttle if you need it, though I remember seeing that you might have to let the front desk know in advance (I didn’t end up using it myself). There are also plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to grab takeout or go out to eat.

All the basics are done well - comfortable bed, room well heated, excellent bathroom, soft towels. Best to get an Uber to the hotel if arriving late but the morning shuttle bus works well. Complementary breakfast was good. One suggestion - some usb ports in the room would be a worthwhile addition. Recommended.

This Best Western has a great location—just down the road from several restaurants and close to the highways. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the room. We had to change our departure date, and it was handled easily with no issues at all. Thank you for an excellent stay.
