While my daughter and I were visiting Quebec City, this is the hotel we choose as it was a great location for all the places we had planned. We stayed on the 4th floor in a suite. The room was very clean with a king bed and plenty of run. Bathroom was roomy and clean. My only issue was with the TV mount...lol...it was very crooked but we didn't watch much TV so no big deal. There was apparently a girls hockey game as our floor was filled with high energy children up late and awake early. Parents should control their children a bit better in a hotel. Breakfast was included daily and a nice selection for a light meal.

Had a great stay in room 419. Room was clean and had no issue with it. Plenty of parking and the parking lot entrance door made it easy to get to the car. There are also 2 Free Tesla/EV chargers. Breakfast was great. Staff I interacted with were very friendly. This would've been a 5/5 stay and review but the wifi speed for a recently built hotel is not acceptable. It's 2026, free Wi-Fi at an urban hotel should not be 5 mbps. The Canadian government defines high speed internet as 50 mbps down and 10 mbps up. The internet at this hotel is only 10% of that speed. I shouldn't have to tether my phone to get decent internet, and I shouldn’t be asked to pay for premium internet to get a reasonable connection. I’d like to come back next time I’m in Quebec City but please give customers a faster internet/wifi connection.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The front desk staff were friendly, but check-in took longer than expected. I had reserved two rooms and selected them online ahead of time, including one specifically on the first floor. However, when I arrived, one of the rooms assigned was different, and I was told a first-floor room wasn’t available. It makes me wonder what the point of choosing rooms online is if they can’t be honored. I was also asked about receiving my Gold snacks and water at check-in but never actually received them. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, though there were some stains on the carpet and a bit of hair in the sink and towels. Not a bad stay overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I don't write reviews usually but this hotel really upset me.. I travel a lot and have seen many hotels (Including Hilton hotels) but I have never seen so much hair in a bathroom. It feels like they've been deliberately scattered all over the bathroom. There were also stains that didn't even try to wipe off. The sink flushed very badly, the toilet was not cleaned.
