I moved in Nov 2019. I pay 2079/month +parking +hydro. Parking is $130 for underground...but the catch is...there will never be available lots above ground, that's how they get you! Visitor parking was free but limited. Now there is lot of v parking available as they started charging for it, online using 3rd party company. There are cockroaches...not a lot but if they come into your apartment they die quickly as the building is treated. They neglected to tell me when I moved in that they were going to be demoing all the balconies in 2020 so you can imagine working from home with Jack hammers and no compensation for me. Tenants are polite but very very noisy. Building does nothing to remind tenants not to slam doors or bang on floors. Walls are plaster so you can't hang anything otherwise pieces of the wall falls out. Because we are near the highway..all you hear is road noise and ricer cars...and you can't keep your patio furniture clean due to highway dust. The building is an absolute sauna in the winter and spring, just you have no way to dial it down....so now you have a window open all day listening to road noise. Barking dogs is a problem for some floors as tenants leave them home alone. Building can't do anything about it. They will tell you that you cant pay rent with a cheque and you have to set up automatic banking which is technically illegal to force upon a tenant. Hydro is by enercare. So your bill runs you roughly $50/month in winter and mine was $160/month in summer because of A/C. But I started running it in April as the building was so hot. Upgrades to main lobby..I have insuite laundry. Bedroom is big enough for my king bed. Lots of closet space. In unit storage closet. Newer kitchen with dishwasher. Windows need to be updated. Underground parking is clean and safe. Oven was clean when I moved in. I am trying to move out in Nov 2020 due to very high cost combined with too many other annoyances.

Unfortunately this apt is very cold. We are not comfortable at home. All the time freezing. Never I had this problem in Canada in 4 apt I lived before.
