When we first arrived the living room light did not work and the bedroom light flickered. The staff were lovely and fixed it pretty quick but it definitely set the mood for the rest of the stay. We got to use the hot tub twice before it was out of order. When asking the front desk they said it should be 2 days. When said 2 days passed we asked again and they didn't have an answer anymore. It was out of order for the rest of our 2 week stay. The hotel is also currently going through renovations so the smell of dry wall is pretty noticeable. Because they are doing renovations they ended up shutting off the water on one of the days. We were given notice an hour before but it's still pretty rough not being able to use the pool or bathroom for roughly 4 hours. Another thing that was annoying was our keycards deactivating 3 times despite not putting them near our phones or credit cards. Overall the room wasn't terrible, bed was comfy. Not a place I would go to for a long trip again though. (P.S: the breakfast buffet is a buffet on the weekends. On weekdays you order through the staff a hot meal and there is only 4 options. if you don't want those you can get several tiny bowls of cereal or small pieces of fruit.)

We stayed 2 nights here & you made it a wonderful experience. The parking allowed us to keep the vehicle away from the snow while keeping the cars warm. Not only the kids we too enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Breakfast was amazing beating the expectations. Even during the Christmas vacation, the cleanliness inside the room & washroom was excellent. Overall you deserve a five star rating & many thanks for making our holidays. Highly recommend for all others. Will be back soon ❤️

Absolutely amazing! your team are doing an exceptional job even when treated badly by other hotel guests! staff were super accommodating for our super short notice stay! couldn't ask for anymore. Reception always helpful & friendly room was cleaned daily (optional), housekeeping staff always friendly and ask if we needed anything. after booking a not so good accommodation for our 10night stay in Canada we opted to stay with you guys for 9 nights and it was the best decision we made . breakfast staff equally as friendly! for reference we stayed in room 224. We expected some noise from either traffic or train however we had no noise from either throughout our stay! not that we would have minded as we researched the location and train tracks cannot be helped. Please do not take the train noise out on staff it is not their fault! do your research. defiantly one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in. We had no issues what so ever! thank you to your team We cannot wait to come back next year!

The rooms are looking a little worn , but the location is great and the staff is nice. We had a pet friendly room and it was right by the end stairwell so everyone going to the town centre via the rail crossing came by and the stairwell door tended to slam. Was like someone coming in your room in the morning. The rate was fair and pools closed which we didn’t care about.
