I had a great experience staying at Element Apartments over the past year. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the building is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The amenities are fantastic as well. Overall, I have no complaints and highly recommend this building to future renters!

I would like to share my great experience with Element Apartments. Special thanks to Leidy, who from day one took the time to show and explain all the advantages of this building. Moving to a new place is quite stressful for me, but thanks to Leidy, the whole process felt much easier and smoother. She carefully considered all of my requests and even adjusted and redid things several times to make sure I was fully satisfied. That is a lot of work, and I truly appreciate her dedication. Now that everything is settled, my wife and I are very much looking forward to moving into our new apartment. Thank you to the entire Element team for their responsiveness and for making the process so easy and pleasant Viktor Sorokin

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Element to offer my strength program to their residents, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The in-building gym is incredibly well-stocked, making it an ideal space for strength training, group classes, and supporting a wide range of fitness goals. As a coach, it’s refreshing to work with a team that values collaboration and actively looks for ways to enhance the resident experience beyond the basics. This partnership is a true testament to Element’s commitment to community, wellness, and quality living. I’m grateful to be part of it and highly recommend Element to anyone looking for a building that genuinely prioritizes its residents.

I don’t know where to begin 😫.An amazing building with one of the best amenities.I absolutely love my apartment . After I read Luc Fremont’s review I had the guts to share how Rude and passive aggressive Emma is.That is not how you treat tenants and make them feel helpless staying in a building that they work hard to pay rent. Leidy and Justin have always been amazing . Leidy possesses great customer service ,she could teach Emma a few skills on how to treat other people. Despite Nima over promising and under delivering she ever respectful and polite.It’s sad that I was almost forced to terminate my Lease early due to failure for Accomodations by Element ,due to the fact I work in a highly stressful environment in a Medical Boarding home requiring use of my vehicle at all times .
