Excellent staff, good location (very central but some very rough street folk in close proximity), the 2nd floor hall smells like spoiled milk but the room was okay. Big gap under the door too, a little unnerving. Fine for a single night on a work trip, but I would not stay here with my wife.

I was shocked by how filthy this hotel was and feel compelled to warn others. During my stay, I encountered multiple live cockroaches in the room, and when I looked behind the bed’s headboard, I found condoms and visible grime that clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. The overall cleanliness was appalling, with dirt and signs of neglect throughout the space, making it feel like a serious health and safety hazard rather than a place to rest. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I am not the first person to experience these issues. This is a disgusting place with horrible management, and I would never recommend anyone stay here. Go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE. I don’t even know where to start. This hotel is filthy, and staying here was a complete nightmare. I woke up with painful, swollen bumps all over my body, and after hearing about their history with bed bugs and cockroaches, I’m not surprised. I checked the bed carefully when I arrived and still ended up bitten. The room smelled like chemicals trying to cover up mold, the sheets didn’t even feel clean, and the staff couldn’t care less when I brought it up. They brushed it off like it happens all the time. If you care at all about your health at all, DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend the extra money on somewhere that doesn’t have bugs crawling around and management that actually takes responsibility. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!!!!!.

We booked two rooms (Rooms 249 and 246) on October 3, 2025. My parents stayed in Room 246 and found a number of bedbugs in the room. I immediately informed the hotel staff in the morning and requested a call from the manager to discuss this serious issue. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel ever contacted me, despite my request and follow-up. This was a very concerning experience, especially since we had to leave for Montreal that day and didn’t have time to meet the manager in person. I expected at least a phone call or acknowledgment afterward, but there was no response at all. This is unacceptable for any hotel, and I hope the management takes this matter seriously to ensure better hygiene and customer care in the future.
