This is a hotel whose front staff provided exceptional service. We had a group reservation made and made some requested adjustments very professional (to the best of their abiltiies). The pool is still under construction (which we knew about). I can see that often have to deal with challenging people and yet I can see that they remain calm and cool at all times (even when I can see that some clients are being unreasonable) 😔

We had a genuinely comfortable stay here during a transition period for our family. Thank you to Donna and Najmo for their warmth and attentiveness, to Patricia and Gaurav at the front desk for being accommodating and helpful, to Kaelan for being responsive and working with us on our stay, and to Barbara, the GM, whose hands-on presence really shows. It truly felt like home during a busy season for us, and we’re happy to be coming back for another week.

For a 3-star hotel, it mostly met expectations. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good, with standard American options like scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, and beans. The hotel is a bit outdated. The HVAC unit in my room did not work properly and would randomly turn on loudly even when turned off, and there was no heat. Patricia at reception was very kind and provided a portable heater. There was also a very bright pole light outside the room, which made it difficult to sleep with the blinds partially open. The pool was closed for renovations and expected to reopen in late January 2026, which I wish had been clearly advertised in advance. Overall, acceptable for a short stay if you manage expectations

Hotel is worn down. They are in the middle of Reno’s but they have a long way to go. Carpets in elevator atrocious and rooms worn. The black out curtains in my room are gone, just an empty track. TV’s are tiny and don’t even have HD capabilities, which I didn’t even think was possible in this day and age. The worst part about this hotel though, is the service. Or lack there of to put it more appropriately. Booked a two queen room and even called to confirm before my stay to confirm queens. When I arrived I was put in a king and told too bad, they can change as they see fit. Even though I was assured two queens on the phone. Called down at 7pm for sheets for the pull out and was told to come get them myself as they send all their staff home at 6pm. Not sure if they are too cheap to pay the appropriate amount of staff or what, but I’ve never been told to get my own sheets before. When they finally agreed to bring them up they brought two fitted sheets and that was it. Also called down the next night for some utensils and again was told to come get them myself. Won’t be back here again.
