This hotel is in a great location. Public transportation is very accessible and you can easily get anywhere. The room is/was wonderful. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 under rooms is due to the extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa. It feels like sleeping on the actual metal frame, probably due to the thinness of the mattress and the wear and tear. The sofa and cushions have a bad smell probably also due to much use. Service at this hotel is exceptional and Ravi is amazing. A wonderful group of employees at this location.

Another great stay! We love coming to this hotel for the pool and fun. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff are wonderful. It was Our boys birthday and the receptionist was so kind to treat them to a drink and treat of their choice from the snack store. Breakfast is awesome too! See you next time!

One of the best hotels in Whitby! Recently had a family stay here. Was not expecting the rooms to be so spacious and filled with everything I needed to cook. It was like a home away from home. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tub! We also couldn’t get enough of how great the hot buffet breakfast was! The staff were so nice and understanding of my gluten sensitivity. I would 100% come again:

I booked this trip to spend time with my grandson. First day, we get our floats together and bathing suits on. We got to the pool and it's floating with a layer of something and pool pumps are not circulating water. Day 2, same issue. I am told pool person is not there. Day 3 same issue and just decided to go for it. My grandson and nephew had a rash afterwards. Same day, starting at 9 a.m. we were awakened by a fire alarm and then told it will be going to 5 p.m. Anyway after much discussion and hassle the hotel reimbursed at huge $30 for our inconvenience. The manager was not too concerned about helping us out. This money was only given because Expedia called on my behalf.
