We stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a great place for one night. The pros are the large beds, clean sheets, and plenty of towels, and it was warm at night. The cons are the old bathtubs and toilets, and we also had melted ice cream in the fridge. A room with a balcony cost $154, which is a great price, despite the cons. We knew what we were getting for the money, and overall, our experience was good. We also got a discount on their restaurant.

Our family stayed at The Drake and booked the Three Sisters Mountain View, and it was absolutely awesome! Waking up to the mountain view was definitely a highlight of our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful, accommodating, and informative, especially during the busy holiday dates of December 24–26. They provided us with a list of restaurants and stores that were open and let us know which ones required reservations, which was super helpful. The Drake is very affordable for Canmore, especially considering the location and views. Overall, we had a great experience, would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was good. The room was clean and stocked but the woman working at the front desk on Nov 23 was EXTREMELY rude and disrespect to us on the phone. She was immediately yelling and not letting me talk while I was just trying to ask questions regarding to them charging me twice. A charge in which my bank had to dispute because she was not listening to what I said on the phone. I truly have never been talked to by a staff member of a business in this way. I would stay at the hotel again but I really hope the owner or manager talks to her about her behaviour and how she should treat customers paying to stay here.

Inn is an older building however round are updated, pretty friendly as well. TV has Roku which was a nice change to have, the restaurant reopened while there great food. Staff was very friendly, and made adjustments when I had to stay an extra night. My go to place in Canmore now.
