An absolutely exceptional building! Loxley Quartier des Spectacles offers a modern, clean, and very well-maintained living environment. The common areas are beautiful, especially the indoor pool. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Montreal, close to everything. A high-end residential experience that I highly recommend without hesitation!

I’ve had such a positive experience living here! The building itself is great, everything is well maintained, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. What really stands out, though, is the management team … they are so nice, approachable, and always willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to make things easier. Their professionalism and kindness make living here an even better experience. Highly recommend!

Evanny fixed my dryer and heater and did an excellent job. He was respectful of my space, kind, and incredibly considerate throughout the process. I was especially impressed by how neatly he put everything back after the repair. It looked even better than before.

2 UPDATE: I’m leaving in a week this place, I tried to change my review but this morning I saw a guy trying to go in the building when I arrived. He peed the where is the buzzer, he was with no pants, all his stuffs on the floor. I tried to asked him if he lives here in the building but he couldn’t say anything. I went to see the door guy to the C-Lofts, (because I live in Le Smith) and the door guy wasn’t there! (Le Smith and C-Lofts share the same door guy). I think this place needs a door guy in each building. Really need 2! I’ll post some videos and pics of what happened. It’s not the door guy fault, it’s the administration fault!!! We need 2 door guys. The entrance it’s smelly!!! UPDATE: I’ve been here for a year now, they never cleaned the windows, they never changed the air conditioning filters when they told me they would change them, they stopped doing those “events” for the tenants (that was great in the beginning to meet our neighbors). Security is not 24hrs and sometimes there are people on the street at the entrance of the building. More than 10 days passed without cleaning the corridors of my building and now it turns out that they lost my check that I delivered on September 2 for my rent and that if I don’t pay (without knowing the reason they didn’t receive my payment) they will have to open a file with the tribunal in Montreal. I think the administration is not as good as I thought, what a disappointment that was gradually declining. And finally, they want to increase the rent extraordinarily for no reason to improve the place. I’ve been living here for the last 4 months and I’m happy to say that the workers and the staff of the building are the best of Montreal. They attend your request, they are always smiling, making events every month in the building, areas clean as the pool and the gym…
