This hotel is amazing, clean and the rooms are quiet . The upgraded bathroom is amazing and their pool, fitness center and starbucks coffee right on the lobby is just a bonus. They don’t have breakfast buffet only a la cart but the starbucks and nearly Kettlemen bagel places are great for quick bite. This hotel is also directly in the center with walking distance to many places. Great place to stay.

TL;DR: Comfortable bed and friendly staff, but tiny room, no hot water, unreliable temperature control, and elevator issues/chaos. Not worth ~$250/night. I’ve stayed in many hotels, mostly budget-friendly ones (Comfort Inn, Best Western, Holiday Inn, etc.), so I wasn’t expecting luxury, just comfort and good value. Pros: • Location was great for shopping and attractions • Staff were friendly but limited interactions • Housekeeping did a good job and serviced the room daily • Shower design was nice (sliding doors, handheld showerhead) • Bed and pillows were very comfortable Cons: • Some cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom • Very small room — bed is right at the door with little space for coats or shoes • Very small bathroom; door opens inward and must be closed to use the toilet/shower • TV is locked to their streaming box; HDMI access requires reaching behind the TV • Thermostat is frustrating — no fan-only mode, heat and AC turn on unpredictably, and motion sensors often left the room cold when returning after being out • Hot water was essentially non-existent. I had to leave the sink running just to get lukewarm water, and it never stayed hot • Ordered food from UberEats but wasn’t given cutlery. When I called guest services (fully willing to pick it up at the desk), I was told bamboo cutlery delivery would cost $4. Bring essentials just in case of emergency! • Elevators were a major issue: 6 elevators for 35 floors, long waits (5–8 minutes), elevators passing without stopping, and chaotic during the conference. When elevators were full, it was chaos trying to have multiple people tap their room keys and select floors before the doors closed. I personally got trapped twice because the elevator moved too fast before a floor could be selected. Overall, the stay didn’t justify the price. While there were some positives, the room size, lack of hot water, temperature issues, and elevator situation made it frustrating. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed here 2 nights during the holidays and it was a good hotel. The pool, hot tub and sauna are great to have especially during the winter. Location is great and central and rooms are nice. There are a few things that bothered me during my stay that affected my overall experience. First, they had advertised a happy hour from 5-7 p.m. at their lobby restaurant in the elevators. When I went to the restaurant, the hostess informed me that there is no actual happy hour and they just want guests to come during that time. That is false advertising and a waste of my time. Why are you lying about having a happy hour? Also at the time of check out, I called room service for a few water bottles for our drive home. They never came, and we had to check out. I asked front desk for a few water bottles but they said they only deliver it to the rooms. So now I can't get any water before my long drive home. It's a good hotel but customer service and attention to detail is lacking.

This is a really amazing hotel to stay in. I highly recommend it. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel is beautiful, the club lounge (if you have access) is amazing, the location is central downtown and most of all I must give a HUGE shoutout to their phenomenal staff. I stay in Marriott hotels alot but the level of customer service I got at this location was exemplary. Mr.Kim Hyunjun was so quick to help us out and make sure our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of the level of service we got. Not only him but every single staff member I came accross during my 3 night stay at this hotel was super kind, polite, helpful and made us feel so welcome. You must choose this hotel for your future stay in the beautiful city of Montreal!
