Nice building to live in since 2022, great location and excellent doormen. The rental office is totally indifferent to your needs. Large turnover due to McGill students, but if your circumstances change they will not allow you out of your lease even if you are willing to pay a 3 month penalty. So beware if you choose to live here! This could have been a positive review.

The Management at Le Parc proved to me they are Respectful and honourable and People of Their word..Every issue was adressed with swift timing and professional manner, and They made sure Mom and Dad were never inconvenianced. GOLD.🙏 The CEO Mr. Chartrand is an absolute Gentleman and Scholar as well as being kind. I am also very much grateful from my heart to the new Owners..They kept their word regarding everything that They promised they would do. Thank You, always, Till Valhalla my Friends.❤️ I've even gotten approval to teach in our gym self-defense and self-protection open to All. To me, that's Heart. Love it. Le Parc is an excellent place to live! The staff are warm, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel at home right away. The location is unbeatable, and the building itself is well cared for and very comfortable. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our time living there and would highly recommend it.

The doormen at Le Parc are always professional and friendly. No matter what time of day, they’re attentive and make you feel secure. As a student, I especially love how close it is to McGill — walking to campus is quick and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place downtown!
