The property Manager at Carlton Park made me feel welcome upon my arrival. She was extremely well organized and thorough, walking me through every aspect of getting settled in a new place. The apartment older but remarkably clean and with freshly painted walls. It was clear this place is very well maintained . My new home is coming along quite nicely . Thank-you Gordana. :)

As newcomers to Canada, we were welcomed to Carlton Park Gardens Apartments together with our 2 dogs. The building manager, Gordana has been extremely helpful with her super fast responses to our needs and requests, as well as super helpful guidance and advices. The buildings are surrounded with beautiful nature and parks, it is very calm and relaxing and with the pool infront of our building it feels like we are on vacation 🥰🥰🥰

Clean building. Nice and quite neighborhood. Good service. Polite and efficient staff. I've lived here for 20+ years and plan to live for longer.
