My Mom lived at the Bridgewater for 4.5 years. She couldn't have been happier. The original managers, Christine & Jeff were fantastic and now Jaylene & Severino are just as wonderful. Always, always helpful and accommodating. With my Mom being a senior, there were several times that in an urgent situation, I had to have them check on her as I live over an hour away. All of them did this without hesitation. We were very grateful. The building is spotlessly clean and welcoming. Thanks so much for the wonderful years at the Bridgewater.

We moved in 2 months ago and absolutely love it here. The building manager (Chris) and his team are extremely responsive, professional and very friendly. The entire building is always kept extremely clean, including the waste disposal area, which is really well organized for disposing of trash, paper, compost and recyclable bottles/cans/containers. The jewel is the rooftop terrace, with incredible views of the inlet, Lions Gate Bridge and the mountains. We hope and expect to be here for many years to come!

We have lived here for almost a year and i just wanted to rave about the excellent management team we have in our building. Janelyn, Rachel and the rest of the team go over and beyond. The building is kept very clean and whenever there is an issue we get very prompt and efficient service. My husband and I have worked in this same capacity in the past and found people don’t necessarily show appreciation for such work ethics and may even take it for granted. Having lived in a few apartment buildings i can say that we are really impressed with the bridgeqwater team and hope they get the recognition and appreciation they deserve for the work that they do.
