We stay at the Hilton in Ajax quite often and always have a great experience. My family and I stayed here over the weekend. Daria The front office supervisor made an adorable surprise scavenger hunt in our room for my daughter’s Eighth birthday. Extremely thoughtful and so fun!! My daughter loved it, thanks Daria!! Shoutout to all the staff at the Hilton Ajax for always making us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

On arrival, check in was quick with friendly, cheerful staff. Room was lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds and everything was spotless. Nice to wake up to coffee in the morning before heading out to continue our trip. Location was perfect; just off the 401 but never heard any of the traffic.

Natalee gets top marks for service that's above and beyond. What a positive way to start the day, on the road and away from home, than with a hot breakfast and super engaged staff. At the bar the following evening we experienced the same. This hotel is well managed.

One night stay for business. Had quite the large King room. It was very nice except for a weird orange stain on the carpet. Pool with hot tub was nice. Breakfast option was included in my package and had plenty of options.
