Great building with a good community of residents. It’s owned and operated by the large real estate company Brookfield Properties which has its pros and cons. Building manager Jasmina is great. Attentive to issues when they come up. Would recommend.

I agree with the recent reviews, dating back up to eight months, outlining the numerous challenges associated with this property, particularly given its “luxury” branding, premium pricing, and the persistent issues involving the property manager (Jasmina). It also appears contradictory that management’s responses continue to direct residents to contact the very individual who is the subject of the majority of complaints, despite none of these concerns appearing to have been addressed.

Living at Hendry Place was incredibly frustrating. The only time this place felt well-managed was when Denys was working on site. He genuinely cared, stayed on top of things, and actually made an effort to improve the community. You could see the difference. things got done, and residents were treated with respect. Unfortunately, they lost a truly valuable person when Denys left, and ever since then, everything has gone downhill. The women currently sitting in the office have no clue what they’re doing. they’re unhelpful, disorganized, and seem more bothered by residents than willing to assist them. Maintenance issues are constantly delayed or ignored, communication is nonexistent, and no one takes responsibility for anything. It feels like no one is actually running the place anymore, just people filling chairs. We regret ever moving here and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This property has potential, but with the current management, it’s just not worth the headache.

Hendry Place is a complete rip-off. I deeply regret ever choosing to live here. From day one, the experience was deceptive and aggravating. The current manager made assurances they clearly had no plan to honor, whether it concerned repairs, cleanliness, or providing any real support to tenants
