Shreya and JJ were truly accommodating and helpful. Shreya was able to accommodate our last minute requests, was knowledgeable, and was on top of things. The building and unit, so far as new renters, were clean and smell immaculate. The tenants that we encountered were also pretty nice. No complaints so far. We hope that this will remain true for the entirety of our stay in this apartment.

We recently moved into this building and have had a very positive experience so far. The management team, especially Shreya, has always been responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. Contrary to some of the reviews we had seen before moving in, all pricing details and lease terms were completely transparent from the very beginning. Everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprises during the process. We truly appreciate the support and cooperation we’ve received and are happy with our decision to move here.

It has been an excellent customer service. Shreya has been wonderful to help us ever since the beginning to visit the apartment up to our move in date. She kept us updated for the things we need to sign and we even had a welcome snacks in the unit on our first day. Jumal also helped us when we were moving. Its been a great experience so far!!

we have been experiencing a "white cast" on almost everything in the unit, even medicine in my medicine cabinet in the washroom. we have submitted many maintenance request and they keep saying its the filter, change the HVAC filter and clean it completely as per what they said at least and the same issue persists, I am asthmatic but they don't care for their tenants heath, we even bought another air purifier and its showing "Bad Air Quality". I will keep escalating the issue for the sake of my health and my family!!!!!!
