What a great hotel!! Wow, only good things to say about this place. I booked this hotel because I had a surgery near by. The owner himself contacted me directly to answer some questions I had. He offered me a better, more convenient room that gave me more comfort during my stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I had a craving of fruits when I arrived, they offered me fresh fruits and a bottle of water upon my arrival. I am very thankful for the service I received and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the breakfast was one of the best I ever had for continental breakfast, the room was beautiful and very handy including a kitchen and a living room area, the bed was so comfortable and very clean. Thank you so much for my stay. I will definitely come back when I will recover from my surgery to be able to enjoy more the hotel.

If you are considering booking here just please be thoroughly informed regarding their cancellation policy. Delta Airlines canceled our flight due to the winter storm and even though I did not book a discounted non refundable rate, the hotel charged me for the entire stay at the time of check in (which was before our actual arrival) This is their policy so it is my own fault but I would recommend booking one day at a time to avoid a circumstance such as mine. I fully understand charging the first night but shame on them for charging the entire stay. This is their policy and it is very strict so just be forewarned that they will not work with you or even offer a future credit or anything. I’m sure it’s a lovely hotel, that’s why I chose this one and I wish I could’ve been able to stay here. Definitely won’t consider it again though in case the unexpected happens again.

A truly wonderful stay at Hôtel St-Martin Laval! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere felt elegant yet relaxed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the sense of calm throughout the hotel, it felt like a little oasis in the middle of Laval. I highly recommend Hôtel St-Martin for anyone looking for comfort, class, and genuine hospitality.

Had a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had great variety. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend!
