A pretty nice hotel. Staff were friendly, The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The AC was very good. My room didn’t have a view and showed a construction site beside the premises, but I don’t think that’s the hotel’s fault. The rooms have TVs and you can watch YouTube, and other streaming services if you have the accounts. The location is just a block from Rue Sainte-Catherine and that makes it a really nice location if you want to shop or dine in downtown Montreal. There is no continental breakfast option, although there is a Cora’s beside it which was a nice, although not cheap, breakfast experience.

I stayed a night here. Parking is an issue as inhad to walk 7 to 8 mins after parking my car in a condo bldg under ground parking lot and walk back to hotel in -25C. Room service is amazing. It would have been great if they offered breakfast. Post checkout i asked them to email me the receipt and haven't received it, it has been over 3 weeks now. When they printed the receipt the printer was out of ink. For a hotel the service at front desk was a bit sloppy. Its located at a great intersection from where all major stores are at an arms length. The Eaton Center was a disappointment for sure. I would recommend staying at this location. If printer is out of ink, ask the front desk to change cartridge and leave with a printed receipt. I stayed a night here. Two distinct ratings here. Location was good and easy to get to / from airport by airport bus wasx easy. After being up for 46hrs travelling back from Japan, the early check-in was greatly appreciated. As for the room, while it was large, it’s clearly dated and in need of maintenance and upkeep. Wall paper peeling, pain chipped, and if you inspect closely, it’s in need of work. That said, I paid under $100 for a large king bd, so nothing to complain about.

Two of my siblings and I spent two nights here a little more than a week ago. The TV wasn't working when we arrived. Had to get someone to take a look (the people at the front desk were very pleasant!) It worked after. We didn't notice immediately, but the two beds were disgusting. The comfortors were streaked and the sheets were stained. Housekeeping woke us even though we had a sign on our door. The elevators were right outside our rooms and one of them was broken. This wouldn't be an issue usually, but 1) the walls are paper thin and 2) the broken elevator kept going up and down from our floor to the one underneath and dinging loudly with no one riding it. All night long. Kept my sister up. Also for some reason they couldn't wait until we were gone before they had to measure the room? We were only staying 2 nights; they could've waited. It was the weirdest thing. All in all, it's a cheap hotel and the location was really only the good part about it, besides the front desk. The need to send people to our room and the state of the sheets were terribly unprofessional.
