Firstly, building management is kind, and helps where they can. A fairly decent laundry room on the 2nd floor - which is nicer than it being in the basement. That said, avoid the carpeted units: there are moths in the building—the kind that EAT your clothes and blankets, and the carpets keep their populations growing-it’s a whole ecosystem. To combat it, you have to vacuum often, lay out traps often. The best brand of clothes moth traps is Dr Killigan-I learned the hard way. Be forewarned—and after you move in they won’t spend the money to replace the carpet with flooring either—even though they should as that is the only way to truly get rid of the moths. The moths. It’s like a bad Alfred Hitchcock movie. Shame on you Hollyburn. At least the views and the sunsets were good. The lack of accountability on the part of Hollyburn is astounding. Peace.

This building is poorly maintained, despite charging some of the highest rents in the area. There is a clear lack of attention to the condition of the property and the needs of its residents. The elevator system is a major issue. There are two elevators in the building, but one has been out of service for more than 20 days. Yesterday, the second elevator also stopped working, leaving no working elevators for residents. The overall condition of this apartment complex is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper care and responsibility.

Daryl and Teresa are 5 star managers. This is a large building and they treat it as if it was their own personal home. This building is immaculate. I am very impressed with the maintenance of this place. They are very caring about their tenants and their needs. I am so glad that my mom lives here. They keep this building safe and clean. Not an easy job. I appreciate how they care for this property and the tenants.

Marlborough Tower is "the older lady" with great management. Daryl and his team make you feel welcome and part of the family. The view is stunning and building is very well maintained. I really enjoy living here.
