The staff are friendly. It's family owned. Careful with the power wattage because of you flick the power it affects the units beside you on each end . Raccoon in the garbage in the back of the motel at night. Location is great for Dollarama , tim Hortons and shoppers . Bayshore is a 20 minute walk and you can use the 85 bus to get there as well.

Thank you all for your nice comments. We are here to serve you the best,and we appreciate your stay at the Stardust Motel. To keep our clients happy and safe, a regular inspection takes place everyday to make sure the rooms are clean to the standard level. As you can see in our website that all the rooms have been recently renovated. We installed new flat screen TVs, hard floor, all rooms painted, key card lock, new sheets and blankets. We are still working so hard to improve it and make our clients happy and satisfied. My boyfriend and I ran into some issues with our original hotel on a Friday night and called many many others looking for a last minute place to stay. Most were either booked or required slimy credit card deals that we were not interested in. We called Stardust and they had a room open for a price way cheaper than our original hotel so we took it. The room was very clean, better than we had expected, with two comfortable beds. The man at the front desk was incredibly friendly, making jokes and being overall very welcoming. You can't complain for the price of the hotel; clean, comfortable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I'm a reasonable guy. If I'm paying a low rate I lower my standards but this was pathetic. Filth, some residue on the cheaply finished floors that made me keep my socks on. No electrical socket in the bathroom. No rod in the closet. NO PHONE. When our "neighbours" TV volume became too much to bear I had to walk around the building to complain. I could go on. I'll say this. The owner was pleasant. The sheets were clean. Everything else made us chuckle at how bad it was. There's a reason there are so few pictures of the rooms on the website. The good reviews must be from themselves/friends/family. Come on Stardust, let's at least try a little.
