Staying at this hotel in #Banff was an incredible experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed to match the natural beauty of Banff. We were also lucky to visit during winter when the weather was surprisingly warm, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, from check-in to check-out. This is the kind of place that makes your trip feel special, not just because of how stunning it is, but because of how well you’re treated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

Wonderful and beautiful full service experience. Only negative is very small, tight bathrooms.
