Very disappointing experience and absolutely not what you expect from a Hilton hotel. The floors were not properly cleaned, the carpets were dirty, and both the rooms and the hotel had an unpleasant old smell. The bedding clearly wasn’t changed — it looked like it was only made again. I even found someone else’s hair in my bed. The bedding is not cotton but cheap synthetic material. The pillows and mattress are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows do not support the head at all, so it is almost impossible to sleep. Basic amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were not provided in the room, which is surprising for a hotel in this category. Another issue was the water in the room. I specifically booked the room for three people, but the number of water bottles was always less, and housekeeping never replenished the water. The breakfast selection was also very poor. The choice of food was limited, and the pancakes were dry and hard. I also checked out early and was promised a refund for the remaining days of my stay, but I still have not received it. Overall, a very poor experience and far below the standards expected from Hilton. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

The staff are wonderful. Ero in the restaurant went above and beyond every morning to make our breakfast spectacular. I love an early morning coffee before my kids wake up and she was so kind to have coffee brewed and ready (always with a smile). Thank you for the great service :)

It’s a nice quiet spot off the service road by the highway, friendly staff. Affordable pricing. I wish their website had a better breakdown of the rooms and what they looked like because it was basically a guessing game. So here’s what I got and what I paid. The pictures below are for the 1 king bed 1 shower option. It was 224$ for the night taxes in. Breakfast is not included but if you want it there’s 30$ surcharge option if you want it. For convenience I guess so but 30$ for room temperature eggs and some breakfast sausages is on the pricy side compared to what you could get for 10$ more at a local sit down spot. All in all. Nice place. Will be back.

The rooms had dirty carpets that were visibly stained and in need of proper cleaning. The manager was very rude during our interactions, and the staff were not friendly at all. The rooms felt highly overpriced given the poor condition and service level. Additionally, there was no parking available during the weekend, which added to the frustration.
