I came to Castlehill Apartment in the month of September. It's a great place to live. Walmart, Costco and some other grocery stores are few minutes away from this place. There are very nice restaurants close to this place. Building maintenance is really good inside. Management always responds to any issues reported very quickly and fix them as soon as they can. Kristen Van Den Ham, Building Coordinator is always helpful in understanding the issues and responds very quickly. I had any Issue with my heating and door insulation in my apartment. She sent Justin for the quick inspection and he understood the issue and informed some additional work is required as there was some cold air leakage. Justin informed Kristen and she sent Don, who analyzed the issue and did a great work to fix it by installing new Balcony Door handle, Fixed Door hinge, Door knob hook and even installed a very good Weather straps. Great job and very big thanks to Kristen, Justin and Don. Only suggestion is to add something to the open ends in the indoor parking surrounding which allows snow from the gaps in the fence. It's really hard to clean the snow from the gap between the outer wall and car as the place is really narrow. added photos below from the first snow.

My big thumb managed to hit 4 instead of 5 stars for my earlier review singing praises for Hemlata, Justin, and I should've mentioned James as well! Hope this sets thi gs right!

The beginning of your journey to this apartment bldg. is made as pleasant, easy and supportive as possible by Maria Z., the sales consultant and Paula C., the property manager. They are true to their word about the promotions they offer. The amenities are a real plus and the property gardens are beautiful. The bldg. is kept clean daily and the superintendent, Don, is very helpful and there is no waiting to get any repairs done. Overall you get a lot more than a place to live, its a great lifestyle. Thank you for making this move a great experience. Oct, 2025 An update after living here for 8 months. I am pleasantly surprised with the quick responses and diligence I have received via service request/maintenance. Hemlata, the service coordinator, is very efficient and extremely prompt in replying and getting the proper staff to look after issues. Justin, the maintenance employee is very caring and very efficient in any little or big issues that may arise. I am also very pleased with Justin's maintenance of the pool and other amenities. The grounds are kept up in the summer as well. Also there is always a cheerful greeting from Justin and Don. The cleanliness state they strive for in this building is to be applauded especially with so many units here and appreciated are the emails we receive from management about tips and occasions happening around this area/Ottawa during different seasons,. Thank you for keeping up with such a high standard of living. Helps for families to retirees.

I'm very impressed with Hemlata. She is so professional, competent and friendly, she helped me promptly with certain issues I had. Great job Hemlata! Keep it going!
