Well maintained building inside and out. In other words good upkeep especially on time to view to public, I might just apply myself !

Great place to live in the west end. Building well maintained and Gil, the property manager is always attentive to the tenants needs. The building wouldn't be the same without him. Definitely recommend.

Unhelpful resident manager, I was very interested in a apartment in the Nicola place. In the viewing date, The apartment was nice and wanted to apply. But Gill was very unprofessional and was with a death face all time. People were complaining about him.

Gil is the best property manager! Very clean and quiet building. Amazing location! So glad we found this apartment
