Very clean and modern room! Staff was very kind and helpful! Easy check in to get us to our room quickly. Nice to have the free breakfast option. The breakfast area was clean and always well stocked - employees were constantly walking around making sure to tidy things up and replace anything that was going low. Highly recommend this hotel as a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Overall stay was okay—room was clean and service was fine, nothing special. But the location is great if you want easy access to Chinese restaurants and shops nearby. That convenience definitely made the trip smoother. Good for a short stay if you're in the area.

Someone mistakenly rate this hotel 3 stars. It is one star hotel. They will give you room designed for disability and accessibility. No slipper, no garbage ben in washroom. Doors are connected to other rooms. Overall it deserves zero rating due to service quality rooms and the lack of essential things. Water in the room, slippers and enough towels.

We checked in tonight for a four-night stay. The check-in process was smooth, and we were assigned a room on the fifth floor near the elevators. Unfortunately, since the moment we arrived, a group of children has been making excessive noise in the hallway. I called the front desk to report the issue at 8:30 PM and was told that security would be sent. It is now 9:15 PM, and after a long flight, my family and I are still unable to rest. The children, and in some cases their parents, are speaking loudly, laughing, shouting, running in the hallway, and repeatedly slamming their room doors. I called the front desk again, and I was told security would be sent once more. Ten minutes have passed, and the issue remains unresolved. This has been a very disappointing experience on our first night. As a Hilton Honors member who regularly stays at Hilton properties, I have never had such an experience elsewhere. UPDATE: Second night of our stay. It’s 10 pm and kids are literally playing hockey and shouting in the hallway. This feels like a dorm — a disastrously managed one — not a hotel. I called the front desk again, and they just apologized and said they would send security, but nothing has improved yet. During the day, dozens of kids also take over the breakfast area. I have no problem with that if this place is marketed as a kids’ club or a dorm — but not as a hotel. A terrible experience so far. UPDATE: 1:15 a.m. — I woke up to laughter from kids and parents in the hallway. They weren’t just passing by; they were standing there shouting and enjoying themselves. I didn’t call the front desk this time because they clearly already know about the situation, and security doesn’t seem to bother getting involved. At this point, they must know this place operates like a kids’ club. I opened the door and saw a parent dancing and singing loudly in the hallway at 1:15 a.m. I asked him to stop. He said “OK,” and they eventually left. My wife and I ended up with headaches and couldn’t fall back asleep for hours. It’s now morning, and we’ve had almost no sleep. We then went to the breakfast area, which was completely packed with kids. You can imagine the rest. The main issue is that this doesn’t seem to be an occasional disturbance. Many families check out every day and many new teams, kids, and parents check in for what appear to be ongoing tournaments or games. In other words, this place is just operating as a lodging hub for youth teams and their families. If that is the case, it should be communicated transparently. I am not sure why the hotel continues to accept and charge regular guests for rooms in this situation, without any warning about the environment or the likelihood of constant noise, crowded common areas, and lack of rest. Guests should be able to make an informed decision before booking.
