I stayed here during my vacation and was truly impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. There was a Japanese staff member named Mako who was especially helpful. She kindly put together a list of great restaurant recommendations for us, which we really appreciated. She also helped us purchase online tickets, and that made everything so much easier. The bell staff were quick and efficient as well, and overall the hospitality of the entire team left a very positive impression. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, which made getting around very easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Porter Hotel and it truly made our Vancouver trip even better from start to finish. Prior to our arrival, we called to arrange dropping off our luggage before check-in, early in the morning when we arrive, and the lady we spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful, which immediately gave us a great first impression. When we arrived, Mako greeted us with such great energy, and everyone at the front desk, especially Kiti, was very helpful throughout our stay. The shuttle service was absolutely amazing and honestly a huge reason we would choose to stay at the Porter Hotel again. We used it numerous times, and every single experience was great — all of the bellmen and drivers were friendly, welcoming, and made transportation around the city so easy and stress-free. Our room was spotless, very modern, and had a calming, ambient feel to it. After long days exploring the city, it gave us 100% of the comfort we needed to fully relax and recharge. If I had to nitpick one tiny thing, it would be that the internet/wifi in our room was a little slow and sometimes would completely disconnect, but that was just a minor inconvenience for us! A major highlight of our stay was the breakfast experience, thanks to the two Filipino ladies running the breakfast area. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their names, but they were incredibly attentive and took such great care of us every time we ate there. Their warmth, hospitality, and humour, truly stood out and made our mornings feel extra special. Overall, the Porter Hotel is an amazing place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in the city, whether it’s your first time visiting Vancouver or you’re coming back again. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at The Parker Hotel in Vancouver was a genuinely pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out for their warmth and friendliness. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal, which made us feel truly welcome rather than just checked in. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and it showed in the small details. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern yet relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. Although the on-site restaurants were closed during our stay, we were informed well in advance, which we really appreciated. There were no surprises, and the staff went above and beyond to make up for it by offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants nearby. Their suggestions turned out to be spot on and helped us discover some great places we might not have found otherwise. One of the most touching moments of our stay was the kindness shown to our child. The hotel staff gave a small present to our boy, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It may seem like a small thing, but it left a big impression on our family and made the experience feel extra special. Overall, The Parker Hotel delivers on comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. Even with limited on-site dining, the care and attention from the staff more than made up for it. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

I stayed at Parker Hotel Rooftop and Bar and had a really good experience. The hotel was nice. Everything felt comfortable and well organized. Also, the people at the reception, Mako and Kiti, were really good. They were very friendly and helpful and made the check-in easy. Their service made the stay even better.
