Nice hotel with indoor spa. Rooms have contemporary European design. Great restaurant and spa. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 10 minutes to check out while administrator was on a phone call with a customer and chief administrator just walk through us with no help or attention.

DON'T STAY HERE. We arrived at the hotel at around 11:10 PM. Before our arrival, I made it very clear that we would be arriving after 11 PM — I also called 2 days in advance, and the staff assured me that someone would be available to assist us. However, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and the doors were locked. We were left standing outside in the cold for nearly an hour, repeatedly calling the night phone with no answer. Someone finally picked up close to 12:00 AM, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable — especially for a hotel that advertises itself as four-star? To make the experience worse, the staff member who eventually checked us in was unfriendly, adding to an already unpleasant night. The next morning, I informed the front desk. Amy provided me with the general manager Stephanie’s email. I contacted them again, but both the hotel and the GM chose to ignore my messages — no apology, no acknowledgment, no follow-up. It’s disappointing that a hotel at this price point would treat guests this way. I’m writing this review so future travelers can be aware and consider other options. (It's been a week, they chose to ghost me)

Could understand why they set up this hotel in this little town. Room was spacious with the wonderful view of the lake (that is when you skip looking at the parking lot and the busy road). Though a bit disappointed with the housekeeping as they did not even arrange the bed nor change sheets (based on experience when checked in for a couple of days), only took out the trash and refilled coffee pods. Perhaps if you leave tips after the 1st night they might? The spa you have to pay separately and not included with your room (again I find this odd). Noah Spa was indeed a wonderful thermal experience so that is probably the reason they charge independently. The gym has well-working equipment so you have to take advantage of it at least.
