My family stayed at Clarendon Hotel over the last weekend of the winter festival. It was a great experience. I could best describe the rooms as charming. Our interactions with everyone from reception to valet were wonderful, never felt rushed and truly felt they wanted us to get the best experience of Quebec as the city has to offer. At departure, we left behind a mobile device charger, not only did the hotel proactively inform us by email, but they patiently worked with us to ship it back to us. I look forward to our return to this hotel in the future.

Had a nice stay at Clarendon Hotel. The decor is nice and the staff are friendly. The location is the best part of this place. Close to Chateau Frontenac, trendy restaurants, cute stores and plenty of food options to satisfy any budget. Hotel rooms were clean and very well laid out. But my room tended to be a bit small and faced an alleyway. I imagine if you get a nice room facing the community square and has 2 double beds you'll be more impressed than the room I got. But still a lovely stay during low season. Tip: Valet parking can be expensive, underground public parking is available nearby should you want a cheaper option.

Great place to stay in Old Quebec City! Walking neighborhood with dozens of places to eat and at least 6-7 cafes for coffee options. Amazing architecture everywhere esp. the imposing Hotel Chateau Frontenac. Our room overlooks the City Hall and the Notre Dame church. Consider at winter stay and catch Winter Carnaval and see how this city embraces the cold. Amazing food and history everywhere. One of the best city trips I have ever taken!

Perfect location, great historic building, rooms are quiet, walls are thick, and the guest service staff including the valet team is absolutely wonderful and they are the reason I will return. Only area for improvement would be the shower. No pressure, not great in the winter, and while the heated floor helps, there's no heat vent in the bathroom. The water pressure is quite weak so getting warm in the shower takes longer than desired. Everything else was so good, I would go back tomorrow.
