You want an honest review? Here is my honest review. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfy, and i love the extra pillows on the bed. The tv was a fair size, maybe a bit larger than other hotels I've stayed at. They had the typical heater/air combo as most hotels, also microwave, and hotel fridge. The bathroom had a large jet tub which was a nice feature to relax in after long days. The toilet handle was broken, and phone in room did not work, addressed these issues, and the toilet handle was fixed by the time we finished our excursions, unfortunately the phone still did not work, any issues I would have to call the front desk from my personal phone. They featured breakfast from 7am to 10am daily. The breakfast was good, and had toast, cereal, boiled eggs, sausage, mini chocolate danishes, blueberry or chocolate muffins, croissants, regular coffee, juice, apples, and bananas, bagels, mini pancakes, jams, peanut butter, cream cheese. I wished there were scrambled eggs or bacon maybe every other day for a change. I cannot drink regular coffee due to allergy, only decaf but it was not offered in the breakfast area. They did have some in packets I could brew myself, and requested housekeeping to leave some in our room, and they didn't (maybe they ran out),hoping they are fully stocked on my next visit in May 2026. The hotel staff were very professional, and housekeeping throughout the whole hotel was great! I could really tell the property is upkept, and kept clean including hallways, and any common areas. The hallways were pretty chilly for this time of the year especially with all the rainy days, but nonetheless just went to my room, and turned the heat on. The hotel was very quiet, which was so nice to get proper rest at night. The Skytrain is close by for easy access if you need to get around the city, and it did not disturb my sleep at all. Other than the phone not working in the room, and running out of decaf coffee, staying here for 5 days was a great experience! Looking forward to seeing the staff again in May!

We booked at this hotel only 1 hour before check-in and they had a room available. We stayed here for 2 days. The room was small but it was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The continental breakfast didn’t have much choice but the taste and freshness of the food were alright. Be sure to get to the breakfast early though because there may not be much left by 9:00PM. The hotel wifi isn’t all that reliable. We were able to watch shows on Netflix from a laptop but I couldn’t always do a simple google search from my phone. Overall, the experience was good and I would stay here again.

The staff’s approach to welcoming guests appeared neutral, lacking smiles or friendly gestures that typically convey warmth and appreciation toward customers. A more engaging and hospitable attitude would create a better first impression. The breakfast area did not meet the expected cleanliness and presentation standards associated with the Days Inn brand. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited for instance, only boiled eggs were available each day, with no variety such as fried eggs or other alternatives. Overall, there is significant room for improvement at this location to better reflect the high standards and service quality that Days Inn is known for.

Do not recommend. I stayed here for a week with my family and spent a lot of money. The breakfast was the same thing every morning. One of the mornings I went down around 9am and they had no more sausages. We asked one of the works if we can get some and she seemed bothered by it. She grabbed a container with the sausages in it and put it in the microwave. We shouldn’t have to see that, if that’s how you prepare your meals. On top of that, after putting it in the microwave, she walks away on the phone and does not return. We had to take the sausages out of the containers ourselves. I also complained to the front desk about my room not being made. My family was staying in a room next door and the cleaning lady asked my mom do I really need to clean your room or can I just switch out the garbages? Who says that to someone that is paying for that service? I went to check my room later on and nothing was cleaned. The beds were not made and the garbage was still there. Overall, I would just avoid this place if you can.
