Was charged on our credit card two days before we even checked in they tried to tell us it was a hold. It was not a hold it was a charge. The “manager” said that it would also be another 100$ on the credit card for incidentals. We didn’t have any more on that card so he said he could put it on debit but would charge the full amount and refund it the next day. So now we’re out 500$ for a 250$ room. Staff was rude and also said he couldn’t do a refund on the debit for more than 200$ cause there was a limit um ok so do two transactions! The room was gross it smelled and was dirty the bathroom had hair in the shower. The bed also had someone’s hair in it. The robes they provide are for toddlers and the slippers are like cardboard. For what you pay this place should be nicer than a motel.

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay. It’s clean, old decor but the staff is amazing and went above and beyond to help us. The bistro located next to the inn has phenomenal homemade food. This place is an absolute gem. It was our pleasure to stay and enjoy the city of Port Coquitlam. Teresa Maltese

It seemed like a nice place. It didn't really work for our buisiness trip though. No in house restaurant or breakfast. There's a restaurant adjacent but it doesn't open until 8, which was too late to take advantage of. We got a suite so we could sleep one in the room and one on the pull out couch, but it wasn't a pullout. So we had to get another room. It cost a fortune. We just need somewhere comfortable to rest at night a desk to work at and something to grab on the way out in the morning. It was nice enough. But didn't suite our needs. Staff wasn't very accommodating.

We booked the hotel for a celebration of life and found the food to be excellent and Theresa to be exceptionally helpful helping us with the planning details and with tech support. The room was a perfect size for our gathering of 30 people. Highly recommend the hotel for events.
