We have lived in a Boardwalk condo for almost 1 year now and the professionalism, the kindness and the support from the team here in Canmore as well as in Banff (they helped us transfer as we wanted a larger suite closer to my husbands work) has been nothing short of excellent. The people who work for Boardwalk care greatly about their tenants in a valley that struggles greatly with housing, this has been the most relaxing, seamless and caring landlord situation we have ever experienced here. They are extremely formal and make sure everything is thoroughly executed where contracts, move in / out walk throughs are concerned. They have a ton of compassion and are all excellent at their jobs. HUGE shout out to Katherine, Chris, Ciaran (maintenance) and their cleaners - you guys make living here a total breeze and truly enjoyable!

Brilliant condo management, they look after their tenants and maintain the buildings well. Katherine and Chris are brilliant at what they do and we couldn’t be happier to have such wonderful condo managers to help us! Also Katherine is a badass and can do everything under the sun, no men required!

Kind, friendly neighborhood and management. Safe area, well maintained, and wide parking lot with outlet.
